Sitemap Generator with Commerce site - does not crawl all pages

Please forgive me if this is repetitive or has been covered many times - I am using the Unlimited PHP Sitemap Generator to generate the sitemap for my commerce site that is done in all php. When I configure the generator to crawl, it only crawls one page and thats it.

Any help is greatly appreciated

please try to use non-www domain as Starting URL (I checked the link you sent me in PM and that seems to be the issue).
