My sitemaps stoped always

hello, I have the problem that by the sitemap, this stop always, I find that the solution is
"it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this."
My supplier me does not change the values, there is some alternative?
I ask for excuses if already this answered, I have checked the whole forum and do not find solution.
