error-message free sitemap generator

When attempting to execute the free site-map generator I receive the following error-message and no sitemap has been created:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 100663296 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 187693 bytes) in /home/xmlsites/public_html/pages/class.grab.inc.php on line 138

Can anyone tell what went wrong?

I have also gotten this same message on each of several attempts to create a sitemap:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 100663296 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 407419 bytes) in /home/xmlsites/public_html/pages/class.grab.inc.php on line 150

Is it a problem on my server?
