site map url

Hello,
I have generated a site map file and loaded it onto my file manager at sitebuilder and published it.  Now what?  I went to Google webmaster and they want a url. 
I have several questions
1. Is the sitemap part of one of my pages?
2. Where do I find the url for the sitemap ? - it isn't a separate page...it is just a file on my file manager at sitebuilder
3. Do I need to make a sitemap for each page of my website?

Hello,

if you have uploaded sitemap.xml to your site then you should submit [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] to Google.

You should have one sitemap for entire site.
