Not indexing all pages

My unlimited xml-sitemap generator doesn't index all pages. Mostly, it doesn't index pages in some folders but will in others? On my site with over 100 pages it only indexed 38?

Hello,

are all those pages linked somehow, so it's possible to reach them by clicking links, starting from homepage?
