Generator only index 147 URLs (out of 1000+)

Dear Admin,

We have purchased today the unlimited xml sitemap with the view of being able to index our website. The thing is that my entire site isn't being indexed.  The free online generator finds more than 1100 pages and stops at 500 but the standalone generator is only finding 147 pages.

It's indexing the SAME url.  Is this normal?  Did I miss an obvious setting?

Please could anyone assist here?

The website's url is [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] but which contains an OSCommerce shop at [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] or [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

This is really critical as we have over 1100 pages on the shop with substantial amount of content we want google to index.

I just got 81 for [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]... very strange. The other day I got over 1100 with your tool! I logged on to another site and managed to get 604 pages, but I am sure something is not going well here.

I would appreciate it very much if you could assist.

Sure, log on to [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] and click on the online store (or go to [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]). I believe that all of the pages on the shop are not indexed. There are over 1000 pages there.

Your inner pages in webshop are redirected back to homepage when opening in separate window, that's crawler is unable to open them.

you would have to contact your website developer to do that, it's hard to tell how exactly it is implemented on your site.
