Generator only mapping 1 page (index.htm)

I'm trying to create a sitemap for my website, [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ], and yet the sitemap generator is only generating a map with 1 page...the index.htm page.  I checked it with the SE simulator and it listed all of the internal links from the homepage.  Any help as to why I'm unable to generate a sitemap would be great.

Hello,

your top domain URL is redirected to the inner page (/gp/index/index.htm). Try not to redirect it, but create a page linked to /gp/index/index.htm.

The same error is occuring for me- only the index page is being mapped:
dearearth.net/sitemap

Are you using standalone generator script or our online generator?
