acces error and no http headers

Hi,

I get an error message while trying to create a sitemap:

There was an error while accessing the URL specified: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
Please make sure to specify the correct website URL and resubmit your request.

And when I check the http-headers with the HTTP Headers Viewer it returns 0 bytes:
Content size: 0 bytes
Download time: 5.030s
HTML Title: -

I searched the support forum but I did not find the sollutions. First I thought it was an issue between my host, but my other two sites are working (www.poker-software.nl & [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]).

I hope someone can help me out.
