Only 2 pages out of 700 indexed

For some reason the free online sitemap generator only indexes 2 page out of 700 hundred pages that I have. My links are in the regular <a herf:// format and I tried both [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] and berrydog.com in the starting URL field but to no avail.

Your help in this matter is appreciated. Ny site is:
