Google Won't Take Validated Sitemap

Every once in a while  google will not take my sitemap. I tried a couple recently, uploaded and validated them, but  google doesn't like it. Any info would be great. Thanks.

What exactly is the error reported by Google?

Hi Oleg,

Here is the message.
   
"We encountered an error while trying to access your Sitemap. Please ensure your Sitemap follows our guidelines and can be accessed at the location you provided and then resubmit."

The location is correct.

This message means that Google has issues connecting to your site. It's possible that your host for some reason blocks or limits access to your site for googlebot.
