Error generating sitemap

I have generated several sitemaps with no problem.
But these two sites are giving me an error.

Your server is blocking our site. When it goes to crawl it sees:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I found that the .htaccess file was banning 85.0.0.0/8
Removing the line solved the problem.
