I am totally new to SiteMaps.
Why & when should sitemaps be updated (manually or otherwise)?

Hello,

it is recommended to update sitemap from time to time, when there are changes on your site.

What specific changes are you referring to?
For updation do I've to again submit my site here (& get my sitemaps.xml)  or is there an auto way around?
