Failed generate sitemap on add-on domain

i'm using an add-on domain from my cpanel account, when i try to crawl it return error like this :
"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

is there something went wrong, i never had this problem before.

the domain: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] (the sitemap url : [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ])
the main domain : [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] (or the long url for my domain: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ])

please help
