And I recently purchased the Unlimited Sitemap Generator Standalone version. Is there a way to run the xml generator on my computer then upload it to my website? It would be the only way I can make the sitemap...

yes, that is definitely an option. You will need a working PHP environment on your computer (there are packages that include both apache and php that can be installed locally) and install sitemap generator on it. Then just specify your website address as Starting URL, create sitemap and upload resulting sitemap.xml to your site.
