Site is only indexing 1 page

I have the standard meta tags in place
<meta name="resource-type" content="document" />
<meta name="ROBOTS" content="FOLLOW,INDEX,NOARCHIVE" />
<meta  http-equiv="Expires" content="0" />
<meta  http-equiv="Pragma" content="no-cache" />
<meta http-equiv="Content-Language" content="en-us" />
and a whole lot of javascript. 

Anyway - whenever I attempt to create a sitemap for [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] - I get the following results:
Processing time: 1.05s
Pages indexed: 1
Pages size: 0.01Mb

I don't know where to start.  I have validated the css and the html.

any help is appreciated.

looks like all inner links are pointing to [ External links are visible to logged in users only ], please try to specify https as Starting URl as well.
