www or not

If I run the xml generator on www.theunreasonablelife.com     it does not show the link to my blog or any blog pages.    If I leave off the www, then it creates a full sitemap with the blog.    I would prefer to have the blog showing however most other incoming links to my site are www. 

  I read so many different opinions some people say its ok if you use both but have a 301 redirect.  So should I use create the site map with no www and then use the 301 redirect to www ?

Or is there a way to get my site map with www and show the blog pages.

you should configure your blog to use www domain in this case.
