Not generate sitemap.xml

I am trying to generate a sitemap, crawling is correct but the sitemap.xml is zero bytes.

Make sure that you have 0666 permissions set for sitemap.xml file.

I have the same problem. The html & text version are there, but the ror & sitemap .xml 's don't work when I click them in the generator, and they are also 0 kb on my FTP. I hope someone can help me out.

Make sure that you have allowed write access to sitemap.xml and ror.xml via FTP.
