sitemap.html changing persmission after a crawl
« on: May 17, 2010, 05:26:52 PM »
Hi Oleg
I hope I got your name right. Its been awhile.

I have the standard setup:
    *  data/ folder - 0777
    * al files in data folder - 644
    * /path/to/your/sitemap.xml - 0666
    * /path/to/your/sitemap.html - 0666

But sitemap.html that is only viewable only at 644. If I change it to 644, the crawl function sets it back to 666?
So when done crawling, its not viewable, unless I manually change sitemap.html back to 644.

And strangely enough, sitemalp.xml IS viewable at 666

Thank you

The standard 500 error message (with  404 not found)
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [external links are visible to admins only] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
=-=-=-=-=-=

But I have the file at:
[external links are visible to admins only] , and at 666
If I change sitemap.html to 644, I can see it
( [external links are visible to admins only] )

but as soon as I run CRAWL again, it changes sitemap.html to 644
