Confused about what to do

Hey Guys,

Hope you can help me.  After trying to create sitemaps in Google Webmaster using my page links, I got declined with a message:"Your pages are HTML format...."

So I'm trying to create the proper sitemap format with the free sitemap generator tool.  However, after typing in my URL, I got a bunch of different links:

- Download un-compressed XML Sitemap
- Download compressed XML Sitemap
- Download ROR Sitemap
- Download HTML Sitemap
- Download Sitemap in Text Format

Which one should I use and what is the next step from here?

"Download un-compressed XML Sitemap" is the one.
You should download the sitemap file and upload it to your website in domain root folder.
