sitemap not displaying in browser

I have just had my sitemap generator program updated to V4 and installed by 'admin'

When I click on my website URL for the sitemap I get this error message

The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

Access is denied. Error processing resource '[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ];.

Make sure that you access generator as [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] instead of [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] and regenrerate sitemap.
