Only indexing 2 links

Hi,

Just purchased and  installed the standalone generator but it only generates two links (which isn't right). I've checked the page out with the search engine bot page and that sees 47 links for that one page. I think it's all set up right but no idea why it's only doing 2.

One of the online ones I used found 2614 links!

Can PM links etc if you have time to take a look.

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached from homepage?

Think this is sorted now. I had geo location enabled and when disabled still wasn't working but I suspect this was cache/cookie related. Still indexing way lower than an online one I used but I think the way this one has done it is right - the other seems to have just logged every link on a page rather than building an accurate sitemap of the site.
