sitemap.html differs when using the web interface vs cron

Hi,

I purchased the unlimited version.  I am trying to automate the sitemap generation for multiple sites.    I ran the configuration from the web interface, compared it to an unaltered generator.conf file, and found out how to alter generator.conf for each site.  It seems to generate the xml fine but the html uses only the default site "domain.com".  Is there more to change?

what do you mean by "html uses [ External links are visible to logged in users only ]"? Is resulting html sitemap incorrect?

Yes. The resulting sitemap.html shows "www.domain.com" everywhere instead of my domain.  The XML file produced from the generator.conf file at the same time however  is just fine.
