Joomla XML sitemap problem

My is more than 5000 pages using joomla & virtualmart for ecommerce site.
after I've installed the sitemap generator, when I crawled the site only 2 pages indexed.
and thats all.

At the beginning I tried to install the generator, under "www" folder.
Then I tried to install the generator, "public_html" folder.......same result 2 pages indexed only.

Please help.
