ror.xml file created but shows error

I created a ror.xml file using [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] for my website [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]. I have earlier used sitepmap.xml file from this site and using it. But when i opened the ror.xml file it says:

The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.
