Only Home Page being indexed

[CO Newbie]

I have read the various posts on this forum, but cannot find an explanation for why our site will index only the home page.  I have tried both the www and non-www address.  I have no robots.txt file as of yet so I don't think there is a sitewide disallow.  I have not been able to find any wierd redirect.  Can you help identify the problem?  The site address is:

looks like your navigation menu is created with javascript (scqadjr_index.js), that's why it's not visible to crawlers. You should duplicate links with regular html <a href=""> to get them indexed.
