Cant index my site - error message

Hi, I can't seem to index my site I just keep getting the error message:

An error occured

There was an error while accessing the URL specified: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
Please make sure to specify the correct website URL and resubmit your request.

I've read in the forum somewhere that my host maybe blocking some IP addresses or something but I wouldn't know what to do about it if that was the case,

can anyone help in simple terms please?

Hello,

you have a redirect to non-www domain, so you should use [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] as starting URL instead of [ External links are visible to logged in users only ]
