Error when trying to run sitemap generator

Hi,

We are getting this error when trying to run the sitemap generator on our site.

There was an error while retrieving the URL specified: 'our url'
Error message: Error opening socket to 'our url'
HTTP headers follow:

HTTP output:

It's probably because of firewall, it used to work fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
