Validation error

I updated to v5 and believe I followed all the instructions correctly. When I attempted to validate the sitemap I was given an error message. See attached file.

Is there a step to recreate the sitemap.xml file that I missed somehow?

try to submit your sitemap.xml to google to check if it's parsed correctly (there might be temporary issues with validator service):

I tried the validator today and it worked fine. Sigh! I appreciate your help.
