Pages to include
« on: July 19, 2011, 09:35:15 PM »
I have a contact form that is created from a database.  On the last sitemap that I created, I noticed that these pages were being identified and listed..... I'm not sure I want this.

The pages listed are similar to this, only with a different ID

[external links are visible to admins only] have removed the id)

Do I want these listed in the xml sitemap page?

Hello,

it depends on the site, but usually if the page doesn't have any valuable content, there is no need to include it in sitemap.

Thank you for your reply.  The page is nothing more than a contact form.  Is it best to remove them and if so, is there an easy way to have them not included in the next map I make?

You can add this in "Exclude URLs" setting:
Code: [Select]
cont_form.phpand that should remove all of them from sitemap.
