Checking which sitemap installation belongs to which website?

Hi all,

I have purchased the unlimited sitemap package 6 times and have been using it for a long time since 2009 on 6 different websites. I bought and installed another package yesterday (v5.0) and noticed it had some improvements so I thought I'd start upgrading our other websites' sitemap software (which are using v3.0).

Now the problem/question, I have 6 of these confirmation e-mails with download links but I don't know which e-mail/install I used for which website anymore. I have an idea of course but before I start guessing, is there a way to check which download link was used for which install?
