Generator only indexing some pages

Great tool. Thanks!
I just used it successfully on two sites, but am now trying to create it for this one:
www.hcgdiettips.com
It generates 3 pages, but not the rest.
I'm using href tags for my links. I don't have a robots.txt file. And none of my meta-tags say "nofollow"
Not sure what else to look for.

Weird, I tried it several times before writing you, and got it to work on two other sites.
