Generator only indexing a few pages

Hi

I have read the previous posts and have not been able to find a solution. I am only getting 21 pages in my site map and I should have at least 50. All of the pages that are in the site map seem to be linked to from one page. I had been using the generator and it had been working fine until I revamped my site. I am not an experienced webmaster by any means but I would like a complete site map. I am using iWeb 3.0.4 as you will see in the html of my site. what is an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached, starting from homepage?

This is just one of the Links. It can be reached through the photography link on the top menu bar of the homepage.

Your top navigation menu is created with javascript, that's why it's not visible to bots. You should have links embedded with <a href=""> tags instead.
