Sitemap error and no IP's blocked by host???

I'm trying to generate a sitemap and I keep getting an error.  After reading through the forums I've employed all the recommended solutions suggested in previous posts to no avail.  Whats the problem I wonder?

it redirects me to https version of the site, so you should use [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] as Starting URL.
