How to Upload sitemap.xml file in Blogger

I am a new blogger. Could anyone inform me how to upload a sitemap file in Blogger.
I could not find any option to  uploading  file in Blogspot though there is option of post..

If possible step by step answer is hoping ?

Hello people,

I know this topic is very old, but I need the same information.
I could not found any option to upload the sitemap.xml file in the root of my blog. Maybe because is not my registered domain, is a free domain [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]?
