Generator not working

Can I please have a prompt response? II have had the sitemap generator installed for 6 months and it has been working great until now. I've read just about every post regarding errors and can't find an answer - all I see is requests for log ins to fix things from Oleg. It really would be easier for buyers to find their answers in the forum etc, and I would assume timesaving  for Oleg if the relevant solutions could be found online. Very frustrating!!
I haven't changed anything and it is now only indexing one page and referring me immediately to the "view sitemap" page. The sitemap shows this:
