sitemap and parameters

the sitemap is showing broken link errors but the code seems to work ok. The problem seems to be where i have added a parameter to the links. The links work online ok.
How do i resolve this?

what is an example of reported URL?

I tried it this morning and all is ok. I have not changed my website. I had recently added some parameters, e.g. p=1 to a number of the links which did not previously have any parameters and each one of these had been reported as a link failure even though the link worked fine on the actual website.
