Free Online Sitemap Generator not working

I have been using the Free Online Sitemap Generator for a number of years on the same website. Recently however, it has stopped working and I keep getting the following error code:

An error occured
Request is not originated from [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
Please make sure to specify the correct website URL and resubmit your request.

I am using a Mac and I have tried the following browsers: Safari, Firefox and Opera.

What has gone wrong?

I have update crawler code on our side to use different IPs when connecting to external sites.
