Only the homepage is indexed?

Hello,

I have a problem using the unlimited version. Only the homepage is indexed?

When I used the free version, all pages are indexed.

ps I recently changed to a new domain, and I still use the old domain as a sub domain.

Can someone help me with this issue?

All of the single pages can be crawled with SE bot simulator. It shows internal and external links on the pages that are crawled.

Any other suggestions?

Some additional information:

My website structure is by asset type. That means that my homepage is in the root directory and the rest of the pages in a sub directory.

Can this be an issue for the unlimited version?

That should not be a problem, as long as it's the same (sub) domain, all folder should be crawled fine if there is a link to it somewhere on the site.

But, the problem is still not fixed, so what to do about it?

ps I'm still using the free generator, so the .xml files on the ftp are from the free generator. Give me a sign when you are going to run the script from the unlimited version, because this is gona mess up my existing files.
