Free SiteMap Generator not picking up my URLs

Hi, I've recently created a website for work. I've tried to create the XML sitemap using your software and it isn't picking up any of my URLs.

The link to the website is [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ], could anyone give me any suggestions why this isn't working?

Any appropriate suggestions will be appreciated.

I removed a heap load of META tags and for some reason, after that it worked
