Proof it's working

A daft question but having set up sitemaps pro, how can I be sure it's all working  and I've set it up correctly.

you should submite your sitemap to google webmaster account to check that it's parsed correctly:

Yes that's all done, the problem seems to be that the results are not changing now that sitemaps has taken over.
