however, i can only find 2 or 3 sites.

what is an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?

It can be approached by clicking on the title at the homepage...

looks like those links are loaded with javascript, via the ajax feed [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] that's why they are not visible to bots.

You need to contact your site developer for that, links should be visible as html <a href=""> tags.
