The Free Xml sitemap keeps getting stuck on some of my pages & nothing progress

Hello, I am trying to create an xml sitemap for website but it keeps being stuck after 306 pages and just says in progress, but nothing happens. can you help me?  My site is [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

Sorry administrator but I tried to click into the link showing my xml sitemap and it says cannot be found.  Can you advise me how to retrieve this site map so I can upload to google webmaster please?
