No access to www.mysite.com/generator

Hi

I have looked through the forum but cant find an answer to this.
I have just installed the stand alone sitemap generator and uploaded it to my public_html file but when I try to access it through [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] it isn't there. It simply shows my sites error page.

Am I missing something simple?
