URLs being ignored!

Hello everybody,
I am using Sitemap Generator for a week now. I have generated a few site maps but each time a lot of URLs are missing. I have excluded some of them intentionnaly, they are not listed but there are many others that do not appear.
Anybody knows why this is happeneing?

If I take this sub-section: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]  my SiteMap lists 1 page where I should have more.

Hello,

some links are generated with javascript, for instance via [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] file, that's why they are not visible to bots.
