only links on index submitted to sitemap?

XML Sitemaps is only generating a sitemap for links on the index page (9 pages)

The freebie software generated 350.

I notice within the paid software it says 'Please enter the full http address for your site, only the links within the starting directory will be included.'

Is that what it's saying, only the pages on the index will be included? How do I get my other 3500 + pages in a sitemap?

Are there certain boxes etc that need ticking?

It would include all pages that can be found on the site, not only linked from homepage.

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?

I have the same issue. Only my front page is getting indexed.
