Verify sitemap in Bing

When I try to verify [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] in Bing I added the script they suggest into my [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] header. After I uploaded the file I tried to verify in Bing but that doesn't work.  I need advice.

You should follow the steps describe on "Submit sitemap" page in your pro account, including uploading BingSiteAuth.xml file.
