UPLOADING XML sitemap file using FILEZILLA

Hello

I am having difficulty uploading xml sitemap file to my website using Filezilla for exposure in goolge. Filezilla can not locate my website. Any tips about what I might be doing wrong

You would need to contact your host for details on how to connect and upload the file to your website.
