.htaccess caching - problem with sitemap creation

with these lines in .htaccess :

AddOutputFilterByType DEFLATE text/html
AddOutputFilterByType DEFLATE text/xml
AddOutputFilterByType DEFLATE text/css
AddOutputFilterByType DEFLATE application/xml
AddOutputFilterByType DEFLATE application/xhtml+xml
AddOutputFilterByType DEFLATE application/rss+xml
AddOutputFilterByType DEFLATE application/javascript
AddOutputFilterByType DEFLATE application/x-javascript
SetOutputFilter DEFLATE


XML sitemap generator has problem to start crawling the site, it simply cannot reach the site...

I need this line to improve the time load of my site, could you gimme some hints to avoid this issue ?
