Crawling doesn't work

I have bought the Standalone XML Sitemap Generator and followed the Step-By-Step Installation Guide carefully, but when i finished the installation and started with my sitemap crawling at my [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]. It seem that it didn't work for me as when i Clicked the button "run" at the crawling tab, it went back to the Configuration tab. Moreover, i tried to make some changes at Configuration field and saved but it didn't save my changes, either.
Could anyone please help and let me know i may do something wrong.

It doesn´t work for me either. It keeps stopping. I'm forced to resume all the time. Don´t know what to do...

With the help from admin, i had it done. I just paste his solution here, hope it helps you: "try to create a file named .htaccess in generator folder with one line:
RewriteEngine off"
