Trying to create Sitemap for add-on domain

I'm trying to create a sitemap for an add-on domain I have. I uploaded all the files to a separate folder of the add-on domain, created a ror.xml and sitemap.xml, uploaded to the root directory of the add-on domain and changed permissions as needed.
But all I get is a 500 Internal Error page when I run the generator.

Everything works fine with the root domain.
